a) Subject to these terms and conditions, Al Janan Travel & Tourism, a Dubai-based company, enters into a contract for your vacation.
b) The address provided on the booking form will be the address to which any correspondence pertaining to your vacation is sent.
c) Reservations must be made via a company representative who has been authorized. Booking requires a 50% deposit.
d) The booking is not confirmed until the deposit and booking form are received. The Company retains the right to reject a reservation and will reimburse any money paid in advance.
g) At least 30 days prior to travel, full payment is required. If payment is not made, the deposit may be refunded in the event of cancellation.
f) Please include any special requests, such as dietary requirements, on the reservation form.
g) The services will be offered by Al Janan Travel and Tourism, as verified in writing.
a) There is no guarantee of a thorough breakdown of vacation expenses.
b) Before approving your reservation, the Company may inform you of any price increases.
c) Variations in government-imposed levies, currency changes, or transportation cost variations may result in surcharges. Before charging you a surcharge, the Company will deduct 2% off the holiday price.
d) There is a sizable cost, however cancellations made within 14 days result in a complete refund.
e) Full payment at the time of booking locks in the vacation pricing at that amount.
a) The Company maintains the right to modify. Compensation may be warranted for significant alterations.
b) No reimbursement for small adjustments. Significant delays or accommodations changed to a lower standard are examples of major modifications.
c) Acts of God, war, or events beyond the Company’s control may lead to changes or cancellations without compensation.
d) The Company may cancel your holiday, refunding the paid amount without compensation.
a) The notification period affects the cancellation fees.
b) After the first free modification, client-made changes are subject to fees.
a) Although Al Janan Travel & Tourism takes great care in choosing its tour locations, it does not own or run them.
b) The Company disclaims any liability for disease, injury, or death brought on by the party or third parties’ acts.
c) If the provider does not offer reimbursement, there will be no refund for unused tickets.
a) Make sure your travel insurance covers the activities included in the tour when you arrange it.
b) Verify that all required visas, passports, and paperwork for the tour nations are up to date.
c) You are in charge of checking people in, presenting yourself for pre-booked items, and providing the appropriate travel documentation.
d) Retain a disciplined demeanor to avoid jeopardizing the delight of others. Termination without further duties may result from a breach.
It is not allowed to smoke in company cars. Generally speaking, accommodations are non-smoking rooms, unless otherwise requested and depending on availability.
In order to acknowledge tour dangers, clients may be required to sign a “Waiver of Responsibility.”
The Company makes every effort to maintain the correctness of the material on the website, but it assumes no liability for errors or omissions.
b) The UAE Courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
The Company only shares personal information with suppliers when it is required to carry out the terms of the supplier agreement.
a) Al Janan Travel & Tourism’s liability is restricted to the reimbursement of funds paid, minus the cost of services rendered and administrative charges, in the aforementioned occurrences.
b) The carrier’s conditions of carriage apply to the transportation, and the company is not responsible for anything outside these terms.
