1. Booking Your Holiday:


a) Al Janan Travel and Tourism based in Dubai, enters into a contract for your holiday, subject to these terms and conditions.

b) All communication regarding your holiday will be directed to the provided address on the booking form.

c) Bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company. A 50% deposit is mandatory upon booking.

d) The receipt of the deposit and booking form doesn’t confirm the booking. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking and will return any deposit received.

e) Full payment is due at least 30 days before departure. Failure to pay may result in cancellation with the deposit retained.

f) Special requests such as dietary needs should be specified on the booking form.

g) Al Janan Travel and Tourism will provide the service as confirmed in writing.

2. Price Policy:


a) A detailed breakdown of holiday costs isn’t guaranteed.

b) The Company may notify you of any price increase before accepting your booking.

c) Surcharges may apply due to transportation cost variations, currency fluctuations, or government-imposed fees. The Company will absorb 2% of the holiday price before passing any surcharge to you.

d) A significant surcharge allows cancellation within 14 days for a full refund.

e) Paying in full at booking fixes the holiday price at the given cost.

3. Cancellation and Changes:


a) The Company reserves the right to make changes. Major changes may warrant compensation.

b) No compensation for minor changes. Major changes include significant delays or accommodation changes to an inferior standard.

c) Acts of God, war, or events beyond the Company’s control may lead to changes or cancellations without compensation.

d) The Company may cancel your holiday, refunding the paid amount without compensation.

4. Cancellation and Changes by You:


a) Cancellation charges depend on the notice period.

b) Amendments by the client incur charges after the first free amendment.

5. Responsibilities:
a) While Al Janan Travel and Tourism selects tour facilities carefully, it doesn’t own or manage them.

b) The Company isn’t liable for death, illness, or injury due to actions of the party or third parties.

c) Unused tickets won’t be refunded unless the provider offers reimbursement.

6. Your Responsibilities:


a) Arrange your travel insurance, ensuring it covers specific activities on the tour.

b) Ensure valid passports, visas, and necessary documentation for the tour countries.

c) Responsibility for check-ins, presenting for pre-booked components, and proper travel documents lies with you.

d) Maintain orderly behavior to prevent endangering others’ enjoyment. Breach may lead to termination without further obligations.

7. Smoking Policy:


Smoking isn’t permitted in Company vehicles. Accommodations will generally be non-smoking rooms, unless specifically requested and subject to availability.

8. Waiver:


Clients may need to sign a ‘Waiver of Responsibility’ acknowledging tour risks.

9. Disclaimer:


While every effort is made to ensure information accuracy, the Company isn’t liable for errors or omissions on the website.

10. Complaints and Disputes:


a) Promptly report any issues during the tour. Failure may affect compensation claims. Disputes are governed by UAE law.

b) The UAE Courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Data Protection

The Company only shares personal information with suppliers when it is required to carry out the terms of the supplier agreement.

12. Liability Limitation:

a) Al Janan Travel & Tourism’s liability is restricted to the reimbursement of funds paid, minus the cost of services rendered and administrative charges, in the aforementioned occurrences.

b) The carrier’s conditions of carriage apply to the transportation, and the company is not responsible for anything outside these terms.
